Mark's relationship with Maui began in 1997. For seven years he learned the island's microclimates, codes, and craftspeople — and by 2004 he had earned the General Contractor's license that would become the foundation of MDL Building. Today, Mark personally walks every job site, knows every client by name, and treats every home as a long-term commitment, not a transaction.
